Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. Enter your payment information to start your trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial period at no cost.
If you approach your limit, we'll notify you so you can upgrade if needed. We won't cut off your access mid-month - we'll work with you to find the right solution.
Yes! Annual billing saves you up to 20% compared to monthly billing. Use the toggle above our pricing cards to see both monthly and annual rates. Solo plan saves $120/year and Pro plan saves $192/year with annual billing.
Absolutely. We provide BAAs for all customers to ensure HIPAA compliance. BAAs are included at no additional cost.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure Stripe integration. For Clinic plans, we also offer invoice billing.
